So, I had all my fitness measurements and then I misplaced them. Sometimes I wonder why my hair is dark… Seriously….
But - While cleaning yesterday, I found my little post-it of measurements that I wrote down last week.
There actually HAS been more weight loss, and inches too. I tried the no carb thing, but I only lasted a week. Sorry Dwayne, over at ProBlogReviews . I tried- but I am just running around way too much during the day. lol. I had no energy! Despite the fact that I gave up trying the no carb thing, I still lost. And I think it is because I have upped my total walking to 3 miles 5 times a week. Keep in mind, these were taken last week - lol. I should probably take some more tonight. All of these were done on 4/15/08
- Waist - Was 36 in - Now 35 in.
- Hips - Was 39 in - Now 38 1/2 in.
- L upper arm - was 11in - Now 10 1/2 in.
- R upper arm - was 11 in - Now 10 3/4 in.
- L calf was 14.5 in - Now 14 in.
- R calf was 14.5 in - Now 14 in.
- L Quad was 22 in - Now 21 in.
- R Quad was 23 in - Now 21 in.
- Bust was 36 in - Now 37 (how'd that happen?) :)
- Under bust was 32.5 - Now 32 in.
So there you have it peeps! The fat girl - is getting a bit thinner. :) Will measure later - see if there are any more changes. I need to buy a decent weight set I think. Currently, the heaviest weight I have is only 8lbs. I like to constantly change up my routine after a month or so - and not having enough weights makes it a bit hard.

Not much change here in the home front. I guess I am just not going to make my deadline of 125lbs by May 1st.
Honestly, I don’t know what is going on. I guess though I am pretty frustrated this week. I measured myself and the only thing that changed was my hips (39 in). I lost an inch in my hips. Big friggin deal. lol.
Everything else has stayed the same.
Yesterday, while walking/running on my treadmill, I must have stressed something because today my right ankle hurts. It’s not swollen or anything, but considering my past… I decided to forgo the treadmill today. I WAS going to still go on, but decided to give my ankle some added rest. It could be the new running shoes I have. I only used them twice, and really have not broken them in. And when I was walking yesterday, my legs did feel a bit stressed.
Great - I can almost hear the fat popping out.
I am really frustrated though. And today - I feel defeated.
I just do not understand why I have hit this weight plateau. I am mad and also disgusted at myself.
I am following the same guidelines as before. Like I said before - The only thing I am not doing is my treadmill for an hour everyday! I am at 30-40 minutes.
I guess I am just going to have to increase my walking again. It must be the key to my weight loss. I will do better next week I hope. Just gotta keep pluggin along. It’s the only way to get it done! I have been 125lbs before - I know I can be that weight again!
