Our new phones are on the way…

Good news for this geek here! I bought my new phone!
Well, actually I ordered it online yesterday. Mine was a Blackjack 2. And my daughter wanted a PanTech Duo. Both cost me $200.00 bucks, but Good old AT & T are offering a rebate with them. So, I will only be paying $99.00 for each phone. ! If you would like to see the review at cNet - go here for the Blackjack 2 and here for the PanTech Duo. The PanTech did have a few issues, with regards to being a bit hard to maneuver, but the reviewers hands were not small like my daughters!
Sheesh, I have been drooling over this phone for months now! And I have been so good, holding off and waiting! I just hope it is as good as I want it to be. I can always send it back if I don’t like it. But at the same time, it would leave this geek girl wounded. 
It’s kinda funny because the girls at work think I am a bit “odd” with all my computer talk and phone geekiness.
I waited all day today hoping it would arrive. But, the FedEx gods would not have it. My tracking date says it will arrive on Monday. But I am staying hopeful here because we have Saturday delivery. 
And if not…I can always tweak my blog a bit more!

Funny! I went through that during Christmas with my wife and 13 year old. I have a Blackjack already and my wife liked the new Blackjack so I got that for her (not really a Christmas present but was in the spending mood! :-D) Anyway, my daughter couldn’t decide if she wanted the PanTech Duo or the iPhone. So we made the decision for her and got the iPhone.
My wife liked it so much I had to return the Blackjack and get the iPhone for her. We had 30 days to decide so it worked.
Anyway they are cool phones. I still have my Blackjack and I like it.
